B2B Field Sales Representative About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Field Sales Representative with experience in specialty coffee or the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector to join our team and help expand our client network across cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients
• Acquire new customers and expand the existing client base
• Present products, explain features, benefits, and added value
• Plan and conduct daily field visits
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare regular reports on market trends and customer needs

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in specialty coffee or F&B)
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Energetic personality with strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work in the field and move around the city
• Valid driving license
• Proficiency in computer usage and CRM systems
