Sales Manager - Luxury Hospitality

Our client is one of the most exciting and fast-growing luxury hospitality groups in the Kingdom
, and they are now seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their Jeddah-based team as part of their Saudization strategy.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who understands the local market and is passionate about representing a luxury brand at the highest level. You will be responsible for managing and growing all market segments excluding Government and Corporate accounts
, while driving revenue across the region.

This position is open to Saudi nationals as part of the company's Saudization initiative.

• Develop, manage, and grow Government and Corporate accounts
• Drive revenue growth within assigned markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Represent the brand as a trusted ambassador in the luxury hospitality space
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize performance and guest satisfaction

• Minimum 4+ years' experience in sales within luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of the local Saudi market with an established network
• Confident, dynamic, and results-driven sales professional
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness with solid financial understanding
• Professional, polished, and passionate about luxury service
