We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities Real Estate Sales- Sell residential and commercial properties from the company’s portfolio.
- Conduct property tours, provide detailed information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Interact with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on potential leads to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to enhance business opportunities.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and timely market insights.
- Ensure clients are well-informed about available properties, their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust and transparency.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to support their evolving real estate needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations and arrange site visits to help clients visualize their potential investments.
- Facilitate timely completion of transactions and ensure all documentation and processes are accurately executed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
