• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the branch
• Provide comprehensive product information, address customer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions to meet their needs effectively
• Actively promote and sell products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits tailored to individual preferences
• Meet and exceed sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and strategies within the branch setting
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch-specific promotional initiatives
• Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge specific to branch operations

• BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A strong customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
