We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Aesthetic Medical Representative to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of aesthetic products, including dermal fillers, neurotoxin, professional skincare, and aesthetic devices. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic specialists within private clinics, medical centers, and hospitals across the assigned territory.
- Promote and detail the company’s aesthetic products to targeted HCPs in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Effectively communicate the clinical benefits, features, and advantages of our products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify, target, and develop new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing business.
- Build and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), physicians, and clinic staff.
- Schedule and conduct regular sales calls (face-to-face and virtual) to ensure consistent product visibility and support.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the aesthetic industry.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market conditions and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, client interactions, and territory activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and expenses.
- Manage promotional materials and product samples effectively.
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities are conducted ethically and in full compliance with company policies and the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations.
- Network:
An established network of contacts with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics in Jeddah is highly preferred. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Science, or a related field. - Languages:
Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- 2+ years of experience in aesthetic sales specifically within the Jeddah market.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic injectable (dermal fillers, botulinum toxins) and/or energy-based devices.
- Possession of a valid SFDA card/certification for medical representatives.
