Job Purpose
Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and managing construction and project-based sales opportunities from specification to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new project opportunities (contractors, consultants, developers)
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
- Achieve sales targets and manage project sales pipeline
- Coordinate with technical, production, and logistics teams for project execution
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
- Track tenders, approvals, and project progress until completion
- Build long-term relationships with key project stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (Engineering preferred)
- 2–7 years experience in project sales (construction/building materials preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of project sales cycles and tendering processes
- Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and visit sites
