The Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating vehicle sales through customer calls by promoting new and used vehicles and converting inquiries into confirmed sales. The role requires strong communication, sales, and customer engagement skills to achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with the company standards.

Technical / Job-Specific Competencies
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in vehicle purchases
  • Promote new and used vehicles, special offers, and financing options
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models
  • Follow up on leads from CRM, digital campaigns, inquiries, and referrals
  • Schedule test drives and showroom visits
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, call KPIs, and conversion ratios
  • Accurately update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM systems
  • Handle objections professionally and provide clear, accurate information
  • Delivery coordination with all stakeholders
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional brand representation
The Job Profile Educational Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in telesales, call center, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Previous experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle sales is a strong advantage
  • Experience handling CRM systems and sales is preferred
Essential Job Pre‑Requisites
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to sell and close deals over the phone
  • Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, call systems)
  • Willingness to work shifts as per operations requirements

  • Arabic:
