Van Sales Representative- FMCG

The employee shall work as a Van Salesman and shall be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Sell and distribute company products through Van Operations in accordance with approved routes and sales plans.
• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and collection targets
  .
• Collect cash payments from customers and ensure proper issuance of invoices and receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of cash collection, sales invoices, and daily settlements
  .
• Ensure the safety and security of cash, company products, and van assets at all times.
• Load, unload, and arrange products in the Van in accordance with company standards.
• Visit assigned customers daily and develop good business relationships.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility at customer outlets where applicable.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling, deposits, and reconciliation
  .
• Report sales results, market feedback, and customer issues to the direct supervisor.

• Experience in Van Operation & Traditional Trade Sales .
• Ability to handle cash and sales documents accurately.
