High-level Job Purpose Statement

Responsible for overseeing and managing the wholesale battery & lubes operations. Driving wholesale sales, managing relationships with wholesale customers, and ensuring efficient distribution of Product portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Wholesale Parts Sales Management
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase battery & Lube sales, targeting dealerships, repair shops, Resellers, fleets and other wholesale customers.
  • Identify and prospect potential wholesale customers, build relationships, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales incentives to attract and retain wholesale customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure prompt and accurate order processing, invoicing, and resolution of customer complaints.
Inventory Management and Distribution
  • Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of lubes & batteries.
  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize the distribution of parts to wholesale customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Resolve any delivery issues or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient distribution processes.
Sales Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and develop sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to track progress against sales targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management regarding pricing, product assortment, and market trends.
  • Measure the increase in wholesale parts sales revenue and market share.
  • Assess customer satisfaction levels through feedback, repeat business, and customer retention rates.
  • Evaluate the performance against sales targets, including wholesale parts sales.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the National Parts Manager
Minimum Requirements for the Role Qualifications

High School Diploma / Technical certification

Experience

4+ years' experience in automotive industry; 2 Year or relevant work experience in sales. In Batteries and or Lubes

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
