Sales Manager (Jeddah/Makkah) - Own the Western Region

Hayyak Tech is the AI Native OS for Modern Hospitality. We are digitizing the $1 Trillion Saudi tourism boom. We don't just sell software; we deploy Sovereign AI that predicts bottlenecks and automates operations. We are well funded, moving fast, and backing Vision 2030.

You are the Western Region Head
. You are responsible for Jeddah, Makkah, and the Red Sea. We have a target of 50 Live Hotels in Year 1. You are not here to manage a team yet; you are here to be the team.

• Hunter Mentality: You will not be given leads. You must generate your own leads, negotiate, and close deals with 4-5 Star Hotels and local operators.
• Full Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from cold call to contract signature to upsell.
• Field Based: This is not a desk job. You are in hotel lobbies and GM offices 80% of the time.
• Consultative Selling: articulate the platform's value proposition (ROI of AI) through engaging demos and presentations.
• Pipeline Mastery: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.

• 6+ Years of B2B Sales experience (SaaS or Hotel Tech is non-negotiable).
• Proven Track Record: You have closed deals with hotels in Jeddah/Makkah before. You have an existing rolodex of GMs.
• Leadership: 3+ years in a leadership position with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Tech Savvy: Experience in AI or IoT is highly advantageous.
