The Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles or products; building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance throughout the sales process; proactively follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and secure sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities1. Sales Process Optimization
- Applying various sales techniques such as consultative selling, relationship building, and objection handling.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through active listening and effective questioning.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leverage digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and online chat, to engage with prospects and facilitate the sales process.
- Show expertise in integrating digital sales tools into daily workflows to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
- Generate sales reports and analysing performance metrics to track progress against targets.
- Demonstrate ability to identify sales trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Show expertise in interpreting sales data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets based on historical data and market trends.
- Use sales analytics tools and software to optimize sales performance.
- Exhibit comprehensive understanding of Nissan's product line-up, including features, specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits to customers.
- Communicate technical product information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Addressing customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability.
Conduct test drives and providing detailed explanations of vehicle performance and capabilities.
- Use online sales tools and platforms, including websites, virtual showrooms, and online configurators, to engage customers and facilitate remote sales processes.
- Utilize digital marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media, and online advertising to generate leads and drive sales.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations affecting automotive sales, including finance options, warranties, and consumer rights, ensuring compliance in all transactions.
- Implement ethical selling practices that comply with industry standards and Nissan’s corporate policies to maintain the integrity of sales transactions.
1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Sales Management, or Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
2. Professional CertificationsCertified Sales Professional (CSP), Automotive Sales Certification
3. ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or a closely related field
4. Languages ProficiencyFluency in English & Arabic languages
