A Day in the LifeAs a Medical Representative for Skin Ceuticals in KSA, you will be the key link between our brand and medical professionals in the region. You'll build strong relationships with dermatologists, understand their needs, and recommend customized Skin Ceuticals products and treatments to enhance patient satisfaction. This is an individual contributor role offering significant growth opportunities.
- Building Relationships & Driving Sales :
You will cultivate strong, trusting relationships with dermatologists, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and recommending Skin Ceuticals solutions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for linked pharmacies and achieve all qualitative and quantitative objectives set by your manager. - Medical Detailing & Scientific Expertise:
You will expertly present Skin Ceuticals' scientific and clinical data to dermatologists, providing comprehensive technical documentation to encourage prescriptions. You will leverage your scientific knowledge to answer questions and address concerns effectively. - Brand Building & Market Development:
You will actively participate in round tables, conferences, and events for doctors and pharmacists, raising brand awareness and identifying new business opportunities. You will monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify gaps and propose innovative strategies for growth. You will represent Skin Ceuticals at professional medical events, expanding brand reach and recruiting new consumers. - Operational Excellence:
You will ensure optimal stock levels in pharmacies, manage accurate replenishment, and monitor sell-out performance. You will analyze feedback from pharmacists to identify areas for improvement and implement effective action plans. You will utilize Veeva to report daily on visit outcomes and feedback, contributing to the weekly visit plan.
- Medical Detailing Expertise:
Proven ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information to medical professionals. - Scientific Knowledge:
Deep understanding of dermatology, skincare, and related scientific principles. - Entrepreneurial Drive:
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
