Sales Engineer

Job Summary

The incumbent must have 4–10 years of experience in business development or project sales. Individuals with a high energy level and a positive attitude will be able to effectively cover the market, engage with key decision-makers, and drive profitable business growth for the organization.

• Generate quotes from various sources such as Corporate Houses, Public sector & Private companies, Individuals, Non Govt Organizations, etc as a per sale activity.
• Raise quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer’s requirements/consultants drawings to obtain project cost.
• Prepare a techno‑commercial offer for submission to customers.
• Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
• Send the required documents and signed contracts to head office.
• Coordinate with customer and head office to obtain drawings and dispatch of material.
• Collect payments and obtain acceptable letters of credit to complete the jobs.
• Send sales forecasts and reports to superiors at regular intervals.
• Customer relations management and customer service.
• Develop new markets.

• Age range: below 32 years.
• Should have 4–10 years of experience preferably in PEB companies / Project Selling / Construction Equipments.
• Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical Engineering and Architecture; able to read and understand structural drawings.
• Computer skills – proficient in Excel & PowerPoint presentations.
• Self‑starter, good communication skills, people management, negotiation skills, leadership skills and go‑getter attitude.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
