What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be- Daily face to face visits for active and new key accounts.
- Own, manage, and achieve all sales targets and KPIs (turn over, customer base, forecast, win & retain funnel, key accounts annual business plans, etc.).
- Grow reach and penetration (increase customer base and number of SKUs per customer).
- Build relationships and serve existing and potential customers in the food service channel (restaurants, local & international chains under QSR & FSR, central production units, and catering division).
- Become a trusted consultant by offering complete culinary solutions based on a clear understanding of customers' business and needs.
- Takes calculated risks to win big with key accounts.
- Conduct demonstrations of UFS SKUs for customers using top applications.
- Analyze data to create a systematic daily routine in partnership with Unilever's requirements (e.g., Salesforce).
- Create new LTOs and innovations with key customers in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.
- 4+ years of solid experience in key accounts management within the food service industry / HORECA, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong expertise in managing and nurturing relationships with high value clients.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi food service market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic annual plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results driven mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and growth.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers across all stakeholders (chef, procurement, operation, etc.).
