A Day in the Life

We would like to offer you the position of Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will report to Sales Manager and will support the sales team within an assigned territory with product sales, market development, equipment installations, training, troubleshooting and maintenance, demo inventory setup and customer in‑service.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic’s products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the company’s products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
  • Find different and innovative solutions in‑line with market dynamics through conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and/or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • 3 years of prior clinical or medical sales experience.
  • Cath lab knowledge.
  • Ability to travel weekly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong biomedical background, with a solid understanding of healthcare or medical technologies. They must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders. A professional presentation style and strong executive presence are essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with internal leadership, clients, and external partners.
