Program Overview
Graduate Program – Sales/Commercial track: a 12‑month structured training program that provides real exposure to customers, sales strategy, business growth, hands‑on experience with CRM tools and commercial operations, mentorship from experienced sales leaders, and the possibility of full‑time employment upon successful completion.
Responsibilities- Learn how to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with sales teams on real business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and contribute to value‑based solutions.
- Support sales teams in managing customer accounts and territories.
- Gain exposure to CRM tools, sales processes, and pipeline management.
- Participate in business development and account development planning activities.
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and passion for sales.
- Motivated, results‑driven, and eager to grow.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Residing in Saudi Arabia.
Multiple opportunities available across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.
