Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Identify potential clients, generate leads, convert them into successful business relationships. Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Client Relationship Management - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular follow ups with clients to ensure continued business.
Shipping ERP - Manage and operate shipping ERP systems to streamline sales and marketing operations. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation within the ERP system. Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
MS Office Proficiency - Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and other related documentation using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Develop and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Driving & Mobility - Utilize a valid Saudi driving license to travel and meet clients as required. Manage and plan sales visits, ensuring coverage of assigned regions.
Iqama Transferability - Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging. Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in Sales & Marketing within Saudi Arabia.
Experience working with shipping ERP systems.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
