GYN & Hernia Tech Consultant

Your role will involve handling the Advanced Surgical Line in the South region. Domestic travel is essential and may reach 50% of working days.

The Technical Consultant primarily spends hours inside operating rooms (OR) and at assigned hospitals, promoting and providing technical support to Healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as surgeons and nurses to ensure safe and effective use of Medtronic technologies.

• Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions, and customers in specialized therapies:
  Gynecology (GYN), Hernia, and General Surgery (GS) tools & instruments.
• Provide technical expertise through attending OR cases, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and installation & maintenance of company products.
• Provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for product demonstrations.
• Lead the execution of line strategy.
• Make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
• Conduct on‑site education, consulting, and support the establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
• Act as liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, nursing, clinical sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• 5 years of experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably in surgery sales discipline (GYN or GS specialties).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to build effective relationships with HCPs.
• Ability to learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
