Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our HVAC Contracting business in the Saudi market.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC contracting sales, including leadership or managerial experience.
At least 2 years of experience in Jeddah or the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the Saudi contracting market.
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong network within the HVAC and contracting industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team.
Generate new business opportunities and expand market share.
Build strategic relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Oversee the preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Drive revenue growth and achieve profitability targets.
