Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via our partnerships.
- Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand your professional network.
- Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
- Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering our full suite of products.
- Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
- Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior‑level stakeholders.
- Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
- Maintain accurate client interaction records in our CRM system.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non‑Medical Insurance Products.
- Proven B2B sales experience preferably in Insurance Industry.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for building and closing relationships.
- Energetic, positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Prior experience in sales across multiple lines of insurance solutions.
- Demonstrated success in hunting for new business through proactive outreach.
