Sales Consultant

Basri Developments is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Sales Consultant to join our expanding real estate team.

If you are passionate about sales, confident in building client relationships, and motivated by targets and commissions — this opportunity is for you.

• Handle property sales and negotiate deals with clients
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Stay updated with current real estate market trends and new developments
• Conduct cold calling and actively generate new business opportunities
• Reach out to potential clients through multiple channels
• Arrange and attend client meetings and property site visits
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

• Mandatory: 3–5 years of proven sales experience
• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Valid Saudi driver’s license is a must
