We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (ELV) to support business growth across the Fire Protection, ELV, and MEP sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new project opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and driving project-based sales while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong business development experience within the contracting industry, a proven track record in project sales, and the ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. This Business Development Executive (ELV) Job in Jeddah is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, networking, and achieving business growth targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies focused on project sales for Fire Protection and ELV systems.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for both projects and maintenance services.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation activities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, main contractors, and MEP contractors.
  • Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site visits to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with consultants to support project acquisition and approvals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Support business expansion initiatives within the Fire Protection, ELV, and MEP sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-9 years of experience in Saudi Arabia within business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record in business development within Fire Protection, ELV, or MEP sectors.
  • Strong exposure to project-based sales and contracting environments.
  • Strong business development and field sales experience.
  • Excellent relationship management, networking, and client engagement skills.
  • Good understanding of Fire Protection, ELV, and MEP systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
