Account Manager Urology- KSA, Western Region

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, with 3-5 years of experience in Sales (Urology experience is a must). Willing to travel is necessary. S/he will spend most of the time supporting KSA, Western & Southern region.

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments by identifying commercial opportunities in the region.
• Contribute to the development of annual strategic plan by providing NSM and Marketing with detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
• Develop the stakeholder map, define touchpoints and action plan for each of them and ensure account information is timely updated into systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with economic stakeholders, clinical KOL, promoting Health Economics arguments and engaging decision-makers to discuss commercial programs and solutions.
• Support clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunity deriving from clinical support; perform, with the guidance of RSM, clinical selling based on clinical support information.
• Based on interactions with KOLs, clinical and economic stakeholders and clinical support, gather information about next tenders and negotiation opportunities.
• Work in conformance with the Boston Scientific corporate guidelines, processes, and procedures.

• Successfully completed studies in medical science or similar relevant education.
• 3-5 years of experience as Account Manager, Product Specialist in medical companies.
• Strong customer-orientated focus.
• Able to work in a multi-functional and multicultural environment.
