Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial coatings, floor coatings, epoxy flooring systems, and construction materials.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Promote the company’s products and services to industrial and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage projects from inquiry to completion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable coating solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Follow up regularly on inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to order confirmation and project handover.
- Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth project execution.
- Ensure all pricing and commercial activities comply with company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with management to support business planning and growth initiatives.
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Industrial Sales, Industrial Coatings, Paints, Building Materials, Construction Materials, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling quotations, tenders, customer accounts, and order management.
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Arabian industrial and construction markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.
- A valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama will be considered an advantage.
