Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Food Service Sales Manager role based in Jeddah. The Food Service Sales Manager will oversee and grow sales channels in the food service sector, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other institutional clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing key accounts, and developing sales plans that align with company and revenue goals.
The role will involve collaborating with internal teams to understand product offerings, pricing, and quality standards, ensuring that clients receive appropriate solutions and support. The manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports and forecasts, and provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. This position also requires coaching and guiding team members, collaborating with marketing on promotions, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications- Strong background in Food Service, with experience working with cafes, restaurants, hotels, or similar channels.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Business Planning, including setting targets, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Previous experience in food, beverages, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage. - Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and planning.
