Sales Engineer - Welding Machines

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of welding machine capabilities, showcasing their advantages for specific applications
• Analyze customer welding requirements, provide tailored solutions and recommend appropriate welding equipment and consumables
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understand their needs and proactively offer solutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers on welding machine operation, maintenance and best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging welding technologies and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve sales targets

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in welding or a related field, with a focus on sales or technical support
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed, both domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
