Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the Role

Mfaza Real Estate is hiring an ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Jeddah. We're looking for a driven professional who understands that great sales start with genuine relationships and trust.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from first client contact to closing the deal
• Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and recommend suitable properties
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals
• Represent Mfaza professionally in viewings, presentations, and client meetings

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential and commercial preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of the Jeddah and Western Region real estate market
• Valid driver's license and readiness for field viewings
• CRM experience is a plus
