About the Role
Mfaza Real Estate is hiring an ambitious Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Jeddah. We're looking for a driven professional who understands that great sales start with genuine relationships and trust.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle, from first client contact to closing the deal
- Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and recommend suitable properties
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful deals
- Represent Mfaza professionally in viewings, presentations, and client meetings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential and commercial preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of the Jeddah and Western Region real estate market
- Valid driver's license and readiness for field viewings
- CRM experience is a plus
- A professional work environment and an ambitious team
