Technical Sales Executive; Building Materials

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling building materials, construction products, and technical solutions to contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and project owners. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, providing technical product support, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector
• Promote company products to contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and government entities
• Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-maker

Technical Support

• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
• Recommend suitable products and solutions based on project specifications
• Assist customers in product selection and application requirements
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to resolve customer issues

Project Tracking

• Monitor upcoming construction projects and market developments
• Track project specifications and ensure products are approved by consultants and clients
• Follow up on project tenders and procurement opportunities

Education Bachelor's Degree:
Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration (with technical sales experience)

Experience:

3–7 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Construction Products, Industrial Products, MEP Solutions, Construction Chemicals, Steel, Cement, Ready Mix, Insulation, HVAC, Pipes, or related sectors

Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of construction specifications and project cycles. Knowledge of Saudi construction market and industry standards. Ability to read drawings and technical specifications is preferred.
