As a Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering client relationships. Additionally, you play a crucial role in representing the company at events, showcasing products or services, and establishing a strong presence to attract potential clients and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the real estate market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and accordingly brief potential investors about the significance of the property.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry.
  • Personally handle key client accounts and complex negotiations.
  • Assist the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
  • Capability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
  • Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
  • Fluency in English
