Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for executing sales strategies and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. The role also involves engaging with clients to present available land opportunities through sales presentations and demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and managing customer relationships to maximize future sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve approved quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Execute approved sales plans and programs to attract prospective customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including telephone, digital platforms, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and explain the investment advantages and value proposition of available land opportunities.
  • Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments to complete sales processes and ensure the efficient closing of transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with existing and prospective customers to support future sales opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager, including sales performance indicators, completed transactions, and updates on prospective customers.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer records to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
  • Document customer feedback and recommendations and utilize them to improve products and services.
  • Monitor and analyse competitors’ offerings and pricing and provide relevant observations and recommendations.
  • Track and assess real estate market trends and developments, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team in developing and implementing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives that support the achievement of sales objectives.
  • QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Required
    • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent.
    Professional Certifications Required
    • FALLicense – Real estate brokerage.

    Years of experience are required.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
