Saudi Arabia (Jeddah) / Dubai Job Type: Full Time Job Brief We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah).In this role, you will help industries solve real environmental challenges by offering smart and sustainable wastewater treatment solutions. Youll work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to turn ideas into impactful results that protect the planet and improve business performance.

Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial wastewater treatment across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Prepare and deliver strong technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Work closely with engineering and project teams to design effective and feasible solutions.

Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Build long-term client partnerships and nurture key accounts.

Track market trends, regulations, and competitors to find new growth opportunities.(For Sales Managers) Lead key account strategies and guide junior team members.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).Sales Manager: 712 years of experience, with proven success in key account management.

Experience must be in B2B solution sales (not indirect or component-based sales).Strong knowledge of biological and advanced treatment processes such as anaerobic, aerobic, and nutrient removal systems.

Understanding of industrial wastewater regulations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in English;
Arabic proficiency is a key advantage, especially for Saudi Arabia.

Willingness to travel across the region.
