The organization serves as the exclusive holding company for leading global recognised vehicle brands across multiple provinces in KSA and nationwide.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead the sales function and drive business growth within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high‑performing sales teams, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and strategic partners.

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Lead and develop sales team and showroom managers to maximize performance and profitability.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet accounts, dealers, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and sales channels to expand the company's presence.
• Lead commercial negotiations for major retail, fleet, and corporate sales opportunities.
• Oversee showroom operations, ensuring consistent sales execution, exceptional customer experience, compliance with company standards, and achievement of key performance indicators.
• Optimize showroom performance through effective merchandising, pricing, promotional activities, inventory management, and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail operations, fleet sales, showroom management, dealer networks, and customer relationship management.
• Proven success in leading high‑performing sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
