The Sales Coordinator role at Direct Print is a full-time position based in Jeddah with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotations, tracking orders, and coordinating timelines between clients, production, and logistics. Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM or tracking systems, following up on proposals, and ensuring that client requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams.
The role involves responding to client requests, preparing presentations or basic sales materials, assisting with event and project-related documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales representatives, project managers, and operations staff to help drive sales efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including managing pipelines, tracking orders, and supporting the end-to-end sales process.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client inquiries, manage expectations, and liaise effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as lead follow-up, proposal support, and basic negotiation assistance.
- Candidates should have good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Candidates should be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced project timelines.
- Previous experience in events, printing, branding, or a related industry is beneficial, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
