As we continue to expand, we're looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to help drive our next stage of growth.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Business Development professional with a strong network in Saudi Arabia who has proven experience selling Marketing, Branding, Media Production, and Corporate Event solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the Saudi market, enjoys building long-term business relationships, and has the ability to generate new business opportunities and close high-value B2B deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients.
- Promote Red Production's integrated services, including:
- Branding
- Digital Marketing
- Media Production
- Corporate Events
- Exhibitions & Booths
- PR Services
- Website & App Development
- AI Business Solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate new opportunities.
- Build long-term partnerships with clients.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Follow up on opportunities and ensure successful project handovers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Previous experience in a Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Media Production Company, Event Management Company, or Exhibition Company is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market.
- Existing network of corporate clients and decision-makers is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and business development capabilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage. - Valid Saudi driving license.
