Sales & Product Coordinator

A leading food manufacturing company specializing in spices and seasonings based in Jeddah is seeking a dynamic and analytical Sales & Product Coordinator. This office‑based role focuses on bridging the gap between sales representatives, suppliers, and clients to ensure optimal product positioning, pricing strategy, and market compliance.

• Cross‑Functional Coordination – Act as the main point of contact between field sales reps, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Product & Visibility Management – Monitor product availability in the market, oversee how products are displayed on shelves, and ensure merchandising standards are met via sales reports.
• Pricing & Data Analysis – Analyze market pricing trends, evaluate product performance, and generate regular sales reports to optimize profitability.
• Promotion Tracking – Oversee the execution of trade promotions, discounts, and campaigns, evaluating their impact on sales volume.
• Administrative Support – Maintain accurate databases, track supplier orders, and ensure customer inquiries or issues are resolved efficiently.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in Food Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing office‑bound operations effectively.
• Good command of the English language.
• Based in Jeddah or fully ready to relocate immediately.
