Territory Sales Manager
Representing Dexcom, the Territory Sales Manager calls on physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other institutions focusing on diabetes care and provides technical expertise regarding Dexcom’s products to support continued and expanded use.
The ideal candidate has experience working in the public and private sectors in Jeddah, Mecca & Taif.
Responsibilities- Promote Dexcom products within an assigned geographic area and/or specific accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Develop new customers and/or expand existing accounts to achieve individual sales targets within a geographic area.
- Build, develop, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, diabetes nurse educators, and purchasers.
- Develop and implement market development plans and strategies, establish education of the company's products and services, and support the business in its activities.
- Arrange demonstrations, plan and execute sales activities, and provide ongoing sales support, including sales calls, data analysis, and customer opportunities.
- Actively seek initiatives and execution tools that ensure and maximize growth in product penetration.
- Provide feedback on marketing intelligence to sales and marketing management business units.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- 3 years of diabetes or equivalent experience with a proven track record for achieving targets and delivering success.
- Proven track record of success within the healthcare environment.
- Sound experience of analyzing data.
- Understanding of CRM system.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Arabic.

50 to 75% travel required.
Experience and Education Requirements- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 8 years of sales experience within healthcare.
