Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and expand market share within the competitive FMCG landscape.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to drive exceptional results.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, retailers and key accounts to ensure optimal product placement and sales velocity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and channel management.
