ENPI Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive commercial growth within our Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, an established customer network, and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within industrial manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans.
- Mentor and support the commercial team when required.
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience within the Flexible Packaging manufacturing industry (Mandatory).
- Mandatory experience in the Flexible Packaging industry
, including products such as: - Flexible Films
- Laminates
- Rollstock
- Printed Films
- Packaging Solutions
- Strong commercial knowledge of flexible packaging manufacturing processes and applications.
- Established network of customers, converters, manufacturers, and key decision-makers within the packaging industry.
- Strong negotiation, strategic selling, and key account management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
