As the Medical Sales Specialist
- Saudi Arabia (Territory Manager), you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the quarterly and annual sales target in the assigned region. You will work on increasing sales of the products of the division to which it belongs effectively and concisely, in accordance with the policies established by the Company. You will also guarantee the formulation of the turnover, product mix and profit objectives of the customers of the territory, which will be formulated on the basis of the national objectives.
- Visit acquired and potential customers:
Private & Government sectors. - Perform all tele sales activities (including but not limited to appointment setting for the Field Sales activities in the assigned territory).
- Sell the "quality" of products. Create the needs, demonstrate the superiority of the product, know when to conclude, manage orders and any other form of purchase, verify that the product is used in the most appropriate way.
- Work with direct (Field) Sales colleagues to identify key contacts within our database that own our high-end products.
- First point of contact for commercial information (email and phone).
- Work closely with the Sales Management on tenders / contracts opportunities to ensure that the products meet the customer's needs while achieving regional targets.
- Responsible for the professional training activities of health professionals to develop knowledge about products and good practices in the reference sector.
- Responsible for customer follow‑up on professional training to understand the effectiveness of the activities carried out and the impact on the level of sales growth.
- Achieve maximum efficiency: analyze each hospital’s situation, identify decision‑makers, explore new market opportunities, plan work schedule, make daily appointments, and produce reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Achieve the quarterly - and the annual sales target in the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in medical sales.
- Experience in dealing with NUPCO, with a strong understanding of their workflow, processes and dynamics.
- Experience in infection prevention is preferred.
- Able to read, interpret business data.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (our business language).
- Proactive and eager to sell ASP brand.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to interact with a variety of people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Ability to communicate technical information to facilitate sales opportunities with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with reasonable supervision.
- Demonstrate personal integrity and good judgment.
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
