eMagine Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG business for a Regional Sales Manager to own and accelerate growth across the Western Region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role with real autonomy: you’ll shape the regional sales strategy, tighten route-to-market, elevate execution standards, and build a team that wins consistently.

- Build and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth across the Western Region (Jeddah base)
- Strengthen route-to-market and distribution effectiveness: coverage, availability, execution, and service levels
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives; build successors and raise the bar on standards
- Set, deploy, and track annual/monthly targets and KPIs; drive accountability through structured performance management
- Run daily/weekly/monthly cadence meetings to review performance, challenges, opportunities, and action plans
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure consistent commercial discipline in-market
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence, and HR to deliver business targets
- Track competitor activity (pricing, promotions, stock positions) and convert insights into clear actions
- Review and analyze sales performance reports; translate data into decisions (forecasting, regression, cannibalization where relevant)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Regional Sales Manager (or similar) within FMCG / Food
- Strong commercial maturity with proven negotiation and problem-solving capability
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Confident with advanced analysis and performance reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office; comfortable producing weekly/monthly reports
- ERP familiarity preferred
- Arabic speaker with good English
