Responsibilities
- Generate new business in institutional, government and real estate sectors
- Handle tenders, quotations, technical submissions and negotiations
- Promote HVAC solutions (VRF, DX, AHU, FCU, Package Units, Ventilation)
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and payment collection
- Achieve sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 5 years of HVAC direct/project sales experience
- Experience in Government, PIF, institutional, tender, and real estate projects
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
