Surgical Sales Representative – Abha, Saudi Arabia

Full‑time, on‑site position at Medtronic.

• Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop, build, and maintain long‑term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals.
• Follow up on leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services.
• Promote and establish education about the company's products and/or services.
• Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and adjust as necessary.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, nursing, clinical sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably in surgical sales or operating‑room environments.
• Experience based in Abha with prior exposure to the Ministry of Health, public, and private sector accounts in the Southern Region.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage assigned projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
