Job Summary

The Key Accounts Manager – B2B will be responsible for managing and developing strategic business relationships with key corporate clients in the marine, shipping, offshore, port, defense, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on increasing sales, maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery for marine equipment and related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts and corporate clients.
  • Identify new B2B sales opportunities within the marine, shipping, offshore, port, and government sectors.
  • Promote and sell marine equipment and related services.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support the company’s overall business development strategy.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Experience in marine equipment, ship supply, offshore, port services, logistics, or industrial supplies is preferred.
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Good command of English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to work under pressure.
