Retail Sales Representative

Job Summary

Sealy Mattress Middle East, operated under the official licensee Middle East Mattress Factory Co., is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused retail sales representative. This role is based in our premium showrooms (with regional hubs in Jeddah, Dubai, and across the MENA region). As a sleep consultant, you will guide customers through premium bedding technologies to find their perfect sleep solution. The retail sales representative maximizes showroom revenue by delivering an elite, consultative customer experience, using your deep understanding of sleep health and Sealy product innovations—such as Posturepedic and Crown Jewels collections—to exceed individual sales targets.

• Consultative selling:
  Greet showroom visitors, analyze their sleeping habits, and recommend customized mattress systems.
• Product demonstrations:
  Educate clients on mattress anatomy, support technologies, and the benefits of our 100-night trial guarantee.
• Target achievement:
  Actively drive sales floor traffic to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue quotas.
• Showroom merchandising:
  Maintain the high-end visual appeal of product displays, beds, and accessory arrangements.
• Order processing:
  Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, manage transactions, coordinate white-glove home deliveries, and process financing options.
• Market awareness:
  Keep track of competitor promotions and provide direct feedback on customer preferences to regional management.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2–5 years of retail sales experience, ideally within premium bedding, luxury furniture, or high-end mattresses.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Languages:
  
  Good in English is required; native proficiency in Arabic (Saudi or Egyptian dialects) is highly preferred for local market interaction.
• Attributes:
  Goal-oriented, passionate about wellness, and available to work flexible retail showroom shifts (including weekends).
