Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Jeddah office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. This role is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for technology-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. - Client engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. - Sales support:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts. - Market research:
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. - Pipeline management:
Track opportunities and update CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting. - Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Performance reporting:
Provide regular updates on progress and KPIs to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (preferably in IT or technology services).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Saudi business landscape is an advantage.
