The Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Construction Equipment within the commercial vehicles segment. The role focuses on developing strong relationships across government, fleet, and private sector clients while promoting products and delivering business performance aligned with revenue and market share targets.
What You Will Do- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets for Construction Equipment across key accounts
- Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to set monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance and take proactive actions to ensure targets are consistently met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across government, fleet, and private sectors
- Prepare compelling business proposals and support smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the automotive industry, preferably in Construction Equipment or related manufacturing sectors
- Experience in the KSA market is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English;
Arabic would be an advantage
You will be part of the Construction Equipment division, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver results and support the growth of the commercial vehicles segment in KSA.
