The Sales Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Jeddah. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting Reem Co’s facility management and support services across multiple sectors. Daily tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction, maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.
The role also involves supporting sales training initiatives and participating in industry events or client visits as required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven sales and sales management skills, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B environments.
- Training skills to onboard clients, support internal sales enablement, and share best practices with team members.
- Relevant experience in facility management, support services, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
