Matcha House is one of Saudi Arabia's leading specialty matcha brands, sourcing premium Japanese matcha directly from renowned tea producers and serving both retail and wholesale customers across the Kingdom.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to help expand our B2B presence and build long-term relationships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities.
  • Prospect and engage cafés, specialty coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and business meetings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, wholesale sales, or account management.
  • Experience in the food & beverage industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self‑motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
