Converge is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Jeddah region to lead sales performance and drive commercial growth across the area. You will develop and execute regional sales strategies while overseeing performance and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in non-food FMCG, proven regional leadership, and deep knowledge of Traditional Trade and direct distribution to deliver sustained growth and targets.
