Sales And Marketing Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present Maalexi's platform and solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily activities include building and maintaining client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, gathering market intelligence, and coordinating with internal teams to refine offerings and messaging.

The role also involves developing and executing local marketing initiatives, supporting brand awareness campaigns, and providing training and guidance to customers to ensure effective platform adoption.

• Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Existing network and relationships with importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, food service companies, manufacturers, or commodity traders in Saudi Arabia are highly preferred.
• Experience in food and agricultural commodities
  , supply chain, logistics, trade finance, fintech, or related industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong business development, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and account management skills, with the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in both English and Arabic are preferred.
• Self motivated, target driven, and able to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment.
